Meet Our Founder

My name is Marcia, and I am the proud mother of 11 children. For the past 15 years, I have dedicated my career to serving seniors in both in-home services and assisted living facilities. Throughout my journey, I discovered that the greatest joy comes from helping older adults receive compassionate, high-quality services in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

That passion inspired me to create Insightful Senior Services. I recognized a growing need for seniors to remain in the place where they feel safest and happiest—the home where many have spent decades raising their families, celebrating milestones, and creating cherished memories. It has always saddened me to see seniors leave behind homes they’ve lived in for 30 years or more simply because they needed additional support.

I’ve witnessed firsthand how remaining in a familiar environment can improve a senior’s emotional well-being, independence, and overall quality of life. They often become more engaged, more comfortable, and simply happier when surrounded by the memories and routines they know and love.

As a mobile senior service provider, my mission is to help families preserve those meaningful connections by delivering compassionate, personalized services directly in the home. Through Insightful Senior Services, I am committed to helping seniors age with dignity while allowing families to continue making precious memories together in the place they call home.
